The MIS computer system links up various departments in mainland China and Hong Kong, facilitating communication for efficient material transfer and production scheduling. Our engineers actively participate in the material selection process by offering their professional opinions to ensure optimum funtionality and cost-effectiveness of each product. Materials used in production are consumed on a "first-in-first-out" (FIFO) and "Just-in-Time" (JIT) basis. QC Staff 20 to 29 Procedures/testing Details Assuring Excellent Quality Our battery chargers, power supplies, security/burglar alarm systems and home automation systems are exported to UK, the USA, France, Germany, Japan, Australia and other countries. All of them comply with various safety standards. To ensure performance, all our products undergo a series of thorough tests in dropping, vibration, salt application, plus storage and operation at normal/high/low temperatures. Moreover, automatic testing tools are specially designed to gauge durability of mechanical movements in the products. Other Information As a final quality controlling measure, a Reliability Test is performed on a specified quantity of the products before delivery.
